The R&D Team Lead will build and manage a local R&D team to align with STREAMAX's strategic goals, optimize custom AI models for mobility products, lead application development, liaise with HQ, and collaborate with customers on requirements, solution design, and pre-sales support.

Experience Required: 15+ years

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead a local R&D team to align with STREAMAX's strategic objectives
  • Develop, train, and optimize custom AI models for STREAMAX mobility products
  • Oversee applications development for STREAMAX solutions
  • Act as the main point of contact with the HQ R&D team for new developments
  • Collaborate with customers to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide pre-sales support

Skills 

  • Proficiency in programming languages: C, Java, Python
  • Expertise in AI and computer vision technologies
  • Expertise in  Android development
  • Strong knowledge of databases
  • Expertise in  Linux operating systems
  • Leadership and team-building abilities
